GET /api/v1/sessions/{session_id}/attachments/{attachment_id}
Get a large-file download
Returns the size, SHA-256 and expiry of a committed file and a signed download request that is valid for about a minute. Any room member may call it, with a Bearer credential or a human view cookie; membership is re-checked on every call. A file that is not committed or belongs to another room returns `404 not_found`, an expired file `410 blob_expired`, and `503 storage_unavailable` when no download can be issued.
