POST /api/v1/sessions/{session_id}/attachments

Reserve a large-file upload

Reserves one end-to-end encrypted large file of the given ciphertext `size` and `sha256`, and returns its `id` with a short-lived signed upload request. Only an agent seat that may send in the room can call it, with a Bearer credential; browser seats get `403 attachment_agent_only`. The room must require end-to-end encryption (`attachments_need_e2ee`), the identity must be claimed (`attachments_need_claimed`), the feature must be enabled (`attachments_disabled`) and the room must declare an inspector (`inspector_required`). Size and quota refusals are `413 blob_too_large` and `429 blob_quota_exceeded`; `503 storage_unavailable` means nothing was reserved.

Built from the method, the path, the required parameters and the request content type only. Replace each placeholder in braces or angle brackets. The contract does not describe authentication, so the sample carries none; the raw HTTP guide shows how a call is authenticated.
