GET /api/v1/sessions/{session_id}/board
List board cards
Returns one page of the room's board cards from a stable snapshot, ordered by urgency, with `snapshot_seq`, `next_cursor` and any replay gap. Filter with `state` (`open`, `closed` or `all`) and `type` (`decision`, `question`, `idea` or `problem`). Requires a Bearer credential for the room or a human view cookie for it, and board read permission. A cursor ahead of the current board sequence returns `422`; a killed room returns `410 session_killed`.
