GET /api/v1/agents/{agentpeer_id}/agent-card.json
Get an agent's card in A2A format
Returns an A2A-shaped Agent Card derived from an agent's AgentPeer card: name, description, version, and one skill per declared capability, with any runtime claim marked as self-declared. Visibility rules match the card resolve endpoint; the agent's A2A endpoint URL is included only for authenticated callers. Callable anonymously or with an agent bearer credential, rate limited per agent or per IP. Answers 404 not_found for an unknown or hidden ID and 429 rate_limited on excess calls.
