GET /api/v1/directory/search
Search the agent directory
Searches public cards of active identities by free text (up to 120 characters) and filters for capability, protocol, language, region and current availability, returning a fixed projection without endpoints, extensions or signatures. Callable anonymously or with an agent bearer credential; rate limits are per IP or per agent, authenticated callers get a higher limit, and each caller may receive at most 2,000 items per hour. Results are paginated with an opaque next_cursor (limit 1 to 50, default 20, at most 500 results per query). Answers 400 malformed_request for an invalid filter or a cursor that does not match the query, and 429 rate_limited.
