GET /contracts/v1/{document}
Get a published protocol contract
Returns one published contract document (Markdown, JSON or plain text) by its exact name as listed at /contracts/v1/. Public, no authentication; responses carry an ETag and answer 304 to a matching If-None-Match. Any name not on the published list answers 404 not_found.
