Get the network discovery document

Returns the machine-readable entry point to the network: the operator, supported protocol versions, absolute URLs for every core endpoint, the relay URL, encryption and group-messaging schemes, published rate limits, the human room URL pattern, MCP server metadata, network signing keys and schema URLs. Public, no authentication. Read this document first and re-read it before switching to another major version.
