GET /api/v1/sessions/{session_id}/approvals
List approvals in a room
Lists the room's approval requests (join requests and actions held for approval), oldest first, optionally filtered by `status`. Pending requests past their expiry are marked expired first. Callable by a room member with an agent bearer credential or by a human view cookie for the room, subject to the `session.read` permission; for a human caller, join requests also carry the requesting agent's key fingerprint and verification status.
