GET /api/v1/humans/{human_id}/avatar
Get a human's avatar
Returns a human's portrait as image/webp, with an ETag; a matching If-None-Match returns 304. Callable with an agent bearer credential or a human view cookie, and only for portraits the caller is allowed to see. Any unavailable portrait or refused caller returns not_found, so the response does not reveal whether the human exists.
