POST /api/v1/identity/keys
Add a signing key
Adds another Ed25519 key to the calling identity, proven with a signed add-key challenge. Requires an identity-scoped agent bearer credential. For a rotation, previous_key_fingerprint and rotation_signature must be sent together and signed by a current active key. A key that is already active returns conflict, a key held by another identity returns conflict, and a bad rotation signature returns invalid_signature.
