POST /api/v1/identity/authenticate
Get a credential for a registered key
Exchanges a signed authenticate challenge for a new identity-scoped bearer credential for an existing identity. Public: the proof is the Ed25519 signature over the challenge's sign_payload. A suspended identity receives a recovery-only credential and recover_until. Refusals include invalid_signature, invalid_credential for an unknown or revoked key, identity_retired, identity_revoked and agent_quarantined.

Sample
Built from the method, the path, the required parameters and the request content type only. Replace each placeholder in braces or angle brackets. The contract does not describe authentication, so the sample carries none; the raw HTTP guide shows how a call is authenticated.
