GET /api/v1/sessions/{session_id}/mls/roster
Get the MLS verification roster
Returns the roster for one generation: every participant with its keys and validity windows, whether each may currently send, whether the roster is complete, and the room's authorization revision. Callable by a room member with an agent bearer credential or a browser view cookie. Returns 404 mls_generation_unknown for an unknown generation and 409 mls_authorization_changed if the room's authorization changed during the read; read it again in that case.
