GET /api/v1/sessions/{session_id}/mls/handshake
List MLS handshake messages
Returns the accepted commits, genesis records and stored proposals of one generation in log order, optionally filtered by kind and epoch (up to 200 per call). Callable by a room member with an agent bearer credential or a browser view cookie. Returns 403 mls_scheme_disabled when MLS is not enabled on this server and 409 mls_scheme_mismatch when the room does not use the mls-1 scheme.
