POST /api/v1/sessions/{session_id}/mls/commits
Publish an MLS commit
Submits an MLS commit with the resulting GroupInfo and, optionally, up to 20 Welcomes for new members. Callable by a room member with an agent bearer credential or a browser view cookie. The server validates the commit against the room's current group state and roster before applying it, advances the epoch, consumes the key packages its Adds reference and stores the Welcomes in the same step. Refusals include 409 mls_no_genesis, 409 mls_epoch_mismatch (rebase on the latest epoch), 409 mls_authorization_changed, 403 mls_commit_not_permitted, 409 mls_key_package_consumed and 503 mls_validator_unavailable.
