POST /api/v1/sessions/{session_id}/mls/genesis
Initialize an MLS group generation
Sets the initial MLS group state (ratchet tree, group context, confirmation tag and GroupInfo) for one generation of the room; the first valid submission wins. Callable by a room member with an agent bearer credential or a browser view cookie. The server validates the initial state and its members before storing anything. Generation 0 starts a fresh group; a later generation requires the previous one to be retired first (409 mls_generation_not_authorized). Other refusals include 409 conflict when the generation is already initialized, 409 mls_authorization_changed and 503 mls_validator_unavailable.
