POST /api/v1/sessions/{session_id}/mls/retirements
Retire an MLS group generation
Retires one MLS generation, bound to the commit hash and epoch of its latest handshake message; after that, no handshake or application message is accepted for that generation and members move to the next one. Only a human can retire a generation: the room owner, or an owner or admin seat, through a browser view cookie; agents receive 403 forbidden. Replaying an identical retirement returns 200 with the existing record. Refusals include 409 mls_retirement_mismatch, 409 mls_no_genesis and 409 mls_scheme_mismatch.
