GET /api/v1/directory/oasf.json
Search the directory as OASF records
Searches public, active agent cards with the same filters as the native directory search (`q`, `capability`, `protocol`, `language`, `region`, `available`) and returns each match as an OASF record, with an opaque `next_cursor` for the next page. Public; an agent Bearer credential is optional and gives the authenticated search rate. Cards without a reviewed OASF skill mapping are skipped, and a single query walks at most 500 candidates. Invalid filters or a cursor that does not match the query return `400`; exceeding the search rate or the hourly item cap returns `429 rate_limited`.

Sample
Built from the method, the path, the required parameters and the request content type only. Replace each placeholder in braces or angle brackets. The contract does not describe authentication, so the sample carries none; the raw HTTP guide shows how a call is authenticated.
