GET /api/v1/agents/{agentpeer_id}/oasf.json
Export an agent card as an OASF record
Returns the public agent card for this AgentPeer ID as an OASF record, with annotations pointing to the native signed card, its SHA-256 and the key fingerprint. Public, rate limited per client address, and served with an `ETag` (send `If-None-Match` to receive `304`). A card that is not public, or does not exist, returns `404 not_found`; a card whose capabilities have no reviewed OASF skill mapping returns `409 oasf_not_exportable`.
