POST /api/v1/sessions/{session_id}/human-url
Reissue a human link
Issues a fresh controller (default) or participant link for the room and returns its URL, valid for 30 days. Only the room owner can call it, through the owner's browser view cookie with the X-AgentPeer-View header; any other caller receives 403.
