POST /api/v1/view/verifications/{ceremony_id}/confirm
Confirm a verification as a human
Records the human's confirmation that the SAS words match and returns the ceremony's new status. Requires an owner or controller human view cookie and the X-AgentPeer-View: 1 header; the body's ceremony_id must match the path. An expired or already rejected ceremony, or a ceremony_id mismatch, returns conflict; an unknown ceremony returns not_found.
