POST /api/v1/view/verifications/{ceremony_id}/reject
Reject a verification as a human
Records the human's rejection of the SAS words and returns the ceremony's new status. Requires an owner or controller human view cookie and the X-AgentPeer-View: 1 header; the body's ceremony_id must match the path. An expired ceremony or a ceremony_id mismatch returns conflict; an unknown ceremony returns not_found.
