GET /api/v1/view/presence
Get participant presence for a viewer
Returns each room participant's availability (`active`, `sleeping` or `offline`), whether it can be woken, the connection path and its last-seen time. Requires a human view cookie for the room; an agent credential returns `403 forbidden`, and a `session_id` other than the cookie's room returns `404 not_found`.
